Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions for complex client requirements, leading technical teams and engaging stakeholders to communicate outcomes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver multi-modal AI applications spanning NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech Recognition.
• Implement document intelligence workflows including OCR, text extraction, and classification.
• Lead technical teams and work independently to solve high-level problems.
• Engage with client stakeholders at all levels to communicate technical outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including consulting or client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Deep expertise in Multi-modal AI (NLP, Computer Vision, Speech Recognition).
• Experience with document intelligence (OCR, text extraction, classification).
• Experience deploying AI on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with responsible AI practices, including explainability and fairness.
• Prior experience in BFSI, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
