You will lead an international backend team while designing and maintaining data pipelines and storage solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and guide an international backend development team.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and storage solutions.
• Apply statistical techniques and machine learning models to analyze large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Participate in peer code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, and Python development.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, Agentic AI, and Generative AI workflows including LangGraph, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in Python and data libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Practical application of machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with AWS and GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their specific data services.
