Description

You will design and implement AI and client-facing products while driving long-term technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Implement features for AI and client products through hands-on development.
• Partner with the Chief Architect to design new products and customer implementations.
• Mentor junior staff through code reviews and technical training.
• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to translate requirements into product solutions.
• Communicate architecture designs and workload updates to key stakeholders and the CTO.

Required Skills

• 2-8 years of experience in software product architecture and design.
• 2-5 years of experience developing AI/client technologies using TensorFlow and Python.
• 2-5 years of experience with scripting languages including Python, C++, and Java.
• 2-5 years of experience with CI/CD and MLOps.
• 2-5 years of experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Experience implementing and deploying large-scale applications for clients.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building large-scale distributed applications and Deep Learning products.
• Hands-on experience with custom AI, reinforcement learning, NLP, or contextual analysis.
• Exposure to Data Privacy and Synthetic Fraud products.
