Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our AI Center of Excellence (CoE). This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on architecting, building, and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions across Core ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive scalable AI adoption across products and platforms.

Must-Have Skills
Strong software engineering background with expertise in Python and backend development
Hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
Strong knowledge of GenAI concepts including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluations, and fine-tuning concepts
Experience building agentic AI / tool-using LLM systems or orchestration-based AI workflows
Cloud expertise in AWS / Azure / GCP
Strong DevOps/MLOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Experience with ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Azure ML, or equivalent
Exposure to enterprise data platforms and ETL pipelines
Familiarity with monitoring and operational tools such as Splunk, Datadog, AppDynamics, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
Experience working in secure and regulated enterprise environments with strong governance and compliance standards
