Description

Lead the AI strategy and roadmap while overseeing the end-to-end development and production deployment of machine learning, NLP, and computer vision solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI strategy and identify high-value use cases across the organization.
• Oversee the development and implementation of ML, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics models.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Establish best practices for model development, testing, and validation to ensure accuracy and mitigate bias.
• Manage data sourcing, pre-processing, and feature engineering workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering.
• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, and deep learning.
• Proficiency in Python and data processing libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience using cloud-based ML services including AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI.
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Experience with MLOps practices and CI/CD for AI models.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations.
