Description

Lead the development of advanced algorithms for ADAS initiatives and manage technical projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead algorithm development for ADAS applications, overseeing the full lifecycle from Proof of Concept to production code.
• Manage project timelines and resources using Agile and Waterfall methodologies including SCRUM, KANBAN, and SaFe.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO-26262 and ASPICE.
• Conduct algorithm testing, validation, and optimization to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate technical risks.

Required Skills

• 8-15 years of experience in algorithm development for ADAS or related automotive fields.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with JIRA, SCRUM, KANBAN, SaFe, and Big Picture.
• Strong understanding of algorithm design, prototyping, and optimization.
• Expertise in risk mitigation strategies such as Cause and Effect Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
