Description

You will lead the development of advanced algorithms for ADAS initiatives and manage technical projects from concept to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead algorithm development for ADAS applications, overseeing the full lifecycle from Proof of Concept to production code.
• Manage project timelines and resources using Agile and Waterfall methodologies including SCRUM, KANBAN, and SaFe.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO-26262 and ASPICE.
• Conduct algorithm testing, validation, and optimization while maintaining traceability to regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee technical delivery for automotive applications.

Required Skills

• 8-15 years of experience in algorithm development for ADAS or related automotive fields.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with ASPICE and ISO standards.
• Strong project management skills using JIRA, SCRUM, KANBAN, and SaFe.
• Expertise in algorithm design, prototyping, and optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risks using Cause and Effect Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related technical field.
