Description

You will design, configure, and manage Amazon Connect environments to support multi-channel customer interactions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Amazon Connect elements including queues, users, security settings, flows, and routing profiles.
• Develop Lambda functions in Python or NodeJS to integrate Connect with external databases.
• Design and implement IVR, Email, and SMS contact flows and Amazon Lex bots.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for project deployments and use CloudFormation for environment migrations and backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical customer cases related to the Amazon Connect platform.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience with Amazon Connect.
• Strong proficiency in AWS services, specifically Amazon Connect, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with Python or NodeJS for backend integration.
• Experience configuring contact flows across email, IVR, and SMS channels.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and environment management.
• Technical expertise in configuring SSO, Contact Lens, and WFO/forecasting tools.
• Ability to configure Amazon Connect for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.

Preferred Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
