Description

You will design high-speed analog and mixed-signal CMOS circuits for memory and SerDes interfaces, leading junior engineers on technical design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design analog/mixed-signal CMOS circuits for high-speed memory or SerDes interfaces.
• Develop high-speed blocks including Rx, CDR, DFE, PI, Tx, PLL, LDO, and comparators.
• Engineer analog building blocks such as OpAmps, Bandgap References, and charge pumps.
• Lead a team of junior engineers on technical design tasks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in analog circuit design.
• Hands-on experience with CMOS circuit design.
• Expertise in high-speed memory interfaces (DDR3/4/5, LPDDR3/4x/5, GDDR5/6).
• Experience with SerDes interfaces (PCIe, MIPI, HDMI, USB, SATA).
• Knowledge of SerDes PHY blocks like PLL, CDR, and DFE.
• Proficiency with analog building blocks: OpAmps, Comparators, Bandgap References, and Charge pumps.
• Experience with HBM2E SoC analog sub-blocks (DLL, PLL, HBMIO, Clktree).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Micro-Electronics, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
