You will execute high-precision analog design and memory-specific layout tasks for advanced semiconductor nodes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed layout for SRAM and memory cell architectures.
• Utilize Synopsys Custom Compiler for design and layout workflows.
• Implement designs using GF28SPLe and TSMC 28nm process technologies.
• Manage layout integrity and design rules for advanced nodes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analog design and layout engineering.
• Expertise in SRAM or memory cell layout.
• Proficiency with Synopsys Custom Compiler.
• Hands-on experience with GlobalFoundries GF28SPLe technology.
• Hands-on experience with TSMC 28nm technology.
• Strong background in analog design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in layout engineering.
