Lead analog and mixed-signal design efforts from system definition to block-level specifications.

Responsibilities

• Define high-level system architectures and derive block-level specifications based on performance trade-offs.
• Support verification teams by debugging measurement and yield issues.
• Implement technical solutions autonomously to resolve complex design problems.
• Collaborate across teams to share knowledge and improve overall execution and quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industrial experience in analog and mixed-signal design.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, with a preference for Microelectronics.
• Deep understanding of device physics and transistor physical behavior.
• Expertise in analog semiconductors.
• Strong critical thinking and autonomous problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
