Description

You will act as a Workfront implementation subject matter expert to drive strategic engagement across the content supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Implement Adobe Workfront workflows, custom forms, reports, and dashboards based on client requirements.
• Design and configure system architecture blueprints and workflows to enhance project management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure Workfront system functionality and performance.
• Facilitate seamless integration between Workfront and enterprise systems including AEM and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Develop technical recommendations, educational content, and consulting deliverables to inform planning and implementations.

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in Workfront design and implementation.
• Proven experience in project management and software implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with Workfront design and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Technical understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components including Site, Assets, Multi-Site Manager, and Creative Cloud Asset Link.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, including RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Journey Analytics.
• Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Launch/Tag management, and Adobe Campaign.
• Proficiency in creating materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and Lucidchart.
• Foundation in reporting and analytics.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Firefly and Adobe Experience Manager.
