Responsibilities

• Evaluate and validate AI agents and automation tools against performance and reliability standards.
• Test agentic workflows within the analytics platform to ensure predictable and safe operation.
• Collaborate with Data Science, AI Engineering, and Platform teams on defining testing requirements.
• Ensure all AI agents adhere to established business and compliance requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for AI tools and automation workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in test engineering.
• Expertise in AI Testing and Test Engineering practices.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Experience with GenAI and Agent Development.
• Familiarity with Data Science and AI Engineering concepts.
• Proven background in Automation Testing.
• Understanding of Analytics Platform testing needs.
