Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support commercial excellence initiatives for credit and debit card sales.
• Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain API-based solutions using Java.
• Support applications and integrations deployed on AWS Cloud.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, revenue, and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with sales, technology, product, and business teams.
• Monitor business KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support process automation and technology-driven sales initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery of business and technology requirements.

Experience Required:

• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in commercial excellence, sales analytics, business analysis, or technology-driven sales.
• Hands-on experience with API development and integration.
• Strong Java development and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience working with AWS Cloud services.
• Experience in credit and debit card sales or banking/financial services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales performance, KPIs, and commercial processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Manager-level candidates should have experience in team handling and stakeholder management.
