Lead analytical efforts for Medicare Value-Based Care initiatives to drive operational insight and reporting efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for Medicare Fee-For-Service (FFS) analytics to improve reporting.
• Develop scalable reports, models, and analyses to identify business opportunities and threats.
• Translate complex business problems into technical requirements and actionable design solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and assist leadership in setting team priorities within a matrix environment.
• Engage stakeholders to understand requirements and support data-driven business decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and SAS to build analytical solutions.
• Deep understanding of Medicare Fee-For-Service (FFS) and Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) regulations.
• Ability to apply analytical frameworks to complex problems and synthesize insights.
• Strong presentation skills for communicating findings to physicians, senior leaders, and technical teams.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and providing technical direction.
• Proven ability to manage simultaneous projects and prioritize tasks in fluid environments.
• Strict adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, or a related healthcare/analytics field.
