Description

Core Responsibilities

• System Architecture & Administration: Manage, configure, and maintain complex multi-tier JDE EnterpriseOne environments (including release 9.2).
• Environment Management: Oversee object management workbench (OMW) configurations, package builds, deployments, and path code management.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct regular system tuning, monitor kernels, manage databases, and optimize web servers (WebLogic/WebSphere) to ensure maximum uptime.
• Security & Compliance: Administer JDE security architecture, user provisioning, and row/column security setup.
• Troubleshooting: Lead root-cause analysis for complex infrastructure, middleware, and network level issues impacting the ERP ecosystem.

Technical & Professional Skills Required

• Mandatory Expertise: Advanced knowledge of JDE CNC architecture, CNC administration, and standard CNC tools.
• Version Experience: Hands-on experience with EnterpriseOne 9.x architectures.
• Infrastructure & Middleware: Proficiency in handling Oracle WebLogic application servers, standard database platforms (Oracle/SQL Server), and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations
