Description

You will support, administer, and maintain HR technology platforms, specifically ADP, during a multi-year digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support, application maintenance, and technical documentation.
• Review system updates and releases to communicate impact to downstream teams.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues, including system access, unexpected results, and process flaws.
• Perform system configuration, scripting, and large-scale data imports.
• Audit policies and controls to ensure legal compliance and assist with ongoing audits.
• Identify system improvements through automation and process re-engineering.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with ADP Enterprise (preferably V6).
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, OneNote).
• Functional knowledge of Human Resources or payroll processes.
• Experience managing user access accounts.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with case tracking systems such as ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP, or other SaaS solutions.
