Description

You will design, build, and optimize Generative AI solutions using the Microsoft Azure AI stack and Power Platform. You own the full lifecycle from prompt engineering and RAG pipeline development to production deployment and governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specs, prompt design documentation, and acceptance criteria for AI use cases.
• Write, version, and optimize prompts (system, user, tool-calls) using LangChain and Azure OpenAI to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Develop AI applications in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and Azure AI services.
• Diagnose error modes like hallucination and drift, implementing mitigation strategies and continuous improvement cycles.
• Create evaluation plans, golden datasets, and technical documentation to measure precision, recall, and cost optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML, with at least 2 years building GenAI/LLM solutions in production.
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, and RAG Pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java for scripting, debugging, and integration.
• Experience with LangChain and vector search/embeddings.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
