Good to Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. Experience integrating MFT solutions with APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration platforms. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or GDPR. ITIL certification or experience with IT service management processes. Kubernetes, OpenShift, API Gateway technologies, ServiceNow integration, Splunk, Dynatrace, MQ, Kafka, CyberArk or enterprise secrets management tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the enterprise MFT platform roadmap, architecture, modernization, and operational governance.
• Define standards, best practices, and operational procedures for secure file transfer services.
• Drive platform scalability, availability, resilience, and automation initiatives across the organization.
• Design, implement, configure, and support enterprise MFT platforms and related infrastructure components.
• Manage file transfer workflows, automation, scheduling, encryption, and partner onboarding processes effectively.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards, audit controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Lead production support activities for critical file transfer services and manage incident resolution.
• Lead and mentor MFT engineers, administrators, and support personnel across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with business units, vendors, and external partners to support onboarding requirements.

Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in Managed File Transfer platforms and enterprise integration environments. 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or platform operations. Hands-on experience with enterprise MFT solutions and secure file transfer protocols.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
