Good to Have Skills: Experience with Machine Creation Services, Provisioning Services, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Citrix Director, Systrack, Azure Automation, Infrastructure as Code, Folder redirection, Multi-factor authentication, Conditional Access Policies, Microsoft Entra ID frameworks, endpoint protection, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategy for coexistence, integration, or migration from Citrix VDI to Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
• Architect scalable, high-availability EUC solutions leveraging Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and Windows 365/Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Install, configure, and maintain Citrix farm components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, and NetScaler Gateway.
• Design and implement Windows 365 provisioning policies, user assignments, and image management using Microsoft Intune and Azure services.
• Develop and maintain gold images for both Citrix and W365, ensuring application compatibility and security compliance.
• Manage user profiles and data migration using solutions such as Folder redirection and FSLogix.
• Implement monitoring tools and proactively optimize environment performance, capacity, and cost-efficiency using Citrix Director and Azure Monitor.
• Implement security best practices including Conditional Access Policies, multi-factor authentication, and endpoint protection within frameworks.
• Serve as Level 3/4 escalation point for complex EUC-related incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Create technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and mentor junior administrators for seamless operations.

Experience Required: 9+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and End User Computing environments
