Description

You will architect and maintain scalable End User Computing (EUC) solutions, leading the migration from Citrix VDI to Windows 365 Cloud PCs. You own the full lifecycle of virtual desktop infrastructure, from gold image creation to security compliance and performance optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for coexistence, integration, or migration from Citrix VDI to Windows 365.
• Architect high-availability EUC solutions using Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Install, configure, and maintain Citrix farm components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, and NetScaler Gateway.
• Design Windows 365 provisioning policies, user assignments, and image management using Microsoft Intune and Azure services.
• Manage user profiles and data migration using Folder Redirection and FSLogix, while implementing security best practices.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and End User Computing environments.
• Deep expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Proficiency with Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with FSLogix for profile management and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of Azure Monitor for proactive environment performance optimization.
• Understanding of security frameworks, including Conditional Access Policies and Multi-Factor Authentication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Machine Creation Services, Provisioning Services, and Citrix Director.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID frameworks and Azure Automation.
