Description

You will provide specialized technical support within a mainframe environment, focusing on system stability and issue resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and document anomalies and weak signals in IT systems.
• Monitor IT systems, tools, and installations, performing corrective and enhancement actions.
• Provide specialized expertise in COBOL and DB2 to resolve technical issues.
• Write and maintain technical documentation covering application functionality and support procedures.
• Develop and update operational procedures for technical teams and users.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in COBOL and DB2 on a Mainframe.
• Experience in incident, anomaly, and problem management processes.
• Solid knowledge of IT systems, networks, and business applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to monitor system performance and ensure operational stability.
• Excellent documentation skills for maintaining technical knowledge bases.
• Experience with Application Support.
• Familiarity with Debugging and Automation.
