Description

You serve as the subject matter expert and trainer for Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, driving platform adoption and automation across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Gather requirements from cross-functional teams to build customized Power Apps solutions and automated workflows.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify and recommend automation opportunities using Power Automate.
• Develop technical documentation, including training guides and FAQs, to support user adoption.
• Serve as a technical advisor throughout the project lifecycle to support teams implementing Power Platform solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proven experience building custom applications and automated workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver training and educational programs to diverse audiences.
• Strong skills in process analysis and business process improvement.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Database Management.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple training programs concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Power Apps or Power Automate certifications.
• Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance and implementation best practices.
