Description

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of CX, EX, and BX programs by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and document functional and technical requirements to scope projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead implementation projects from start to finish, managing schedules, risks, issues, and resources.
• Solve complex technical implementations both independently and within a team environment.
• Enable team members on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions.
• Communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders and contribute to team best practices and guidance materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in an analytical or implementation role.
• Proven experience managing implementation projects and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform.
• Ability to document technical and functional requirements for project scoping.
• Experience delivering CX, EX, or BX programs.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills for complex implementations.
