Description

You will own the development and optimization of Management Information (MI) reporting, ETL workflows, and data analysis processes for the assigned business domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and streamline MI reporting processes, ensuring consistency and standardization across the domain.
• Build, automate, and maintain flexible reporting dashboards and processes aligned with evolving business requirements.
• Develop and manage ETL workflows using SSIS to extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems.
• Design, write, and optimize SQL objects including stored procedures, functions, views, and T-SQL programs for efficient data processing.
• Create detailed documentation for data schemas, ETL mappings, and reporting structures to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MI reporting, data analysis, or reporting-related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SSIS for ETL development.
• Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL, including stored procedures, views, and query optimization.
• Experience designing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI.
• Ability to manage large datasets and perform data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet stringent timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Advanced Excel Macros and automation techniques.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
