You will lead digital accessibility initiatives ensuring compliance across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional accessibility projects from planning through delivery.
• Conduct accessibility audits, gap assessments, and develop remediation plans.
• Utilize Axe, WAVE, and Lighthouse for technical evaluation.
• Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to embed accessibility into the product lifecycle.
• Train stakeholders and advocate for accessibility best practices across teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.1+.
• Familiarity with ADA and Section 508 standards.
• Proficiency with Axe, WAVE, and Lighthouse tools.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Any Graduate degree required.
