Description

You will support the Markets Third-Party Governance Lead in managing vendor management processes, onboarding activities, and compliance reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communications with key stakeholders, Engagement Managers, and Executive Sponsors.
• Review and approve Inherent Risk Profiles and Engagements within Archer.
• Validate ongoing monitoring activities, including Performance Scorecards and Exit Strategies, to ensure deadline compliance.
• Produce monthly TPG metric reports, including Markets Active Engagement and TPG Issues reports.
• Execute monthly Inventory Control reconciliation and support regulatory deliverables for the Enterprise Sourcing Office.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Third-Party Governance or vendor management.
• Experience using Archer for risk profiles and engagement workflows.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across senior leadership and external third parties.
• Proficiency in monitoring performance metrics and reporting on TPG issues.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, including Inherent Risk Profiles and exit strategies.
• Coordinate TPG training completion for appropriate employees and manage access requests for Archer and BKU training.
