You will build and automate business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build custom applications and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Translate business requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Analyze processes to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Deliver training programs to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• 5+ years of experience in process analysis and improvement.
• 5+ years of experience applying change management principles to technology adoption.
• 5+ years of experience delivering training and educational programs.
• 8+ years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
• 8+ years of experience in written and oral communication with peers and customers.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive results.

• Any Graduate degree.
