You will drive insights and strategies for credit/debit card payments and fraud within the Analytics team.
This role is hybrid.
Responsibilities
Analyze large-scale payments and fraud datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in credit/debit card transactions.
Build dashboards and reports in Tableau to provide actionable insights to business and leadership teams.
Design and execute deep-dive analyses and A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product, policy, or strategy changes.
Partner with Product, Risk, Operations, and Engineering to define problems and recommend data-driven strategies.
Develop and track key performance metrics for payments performance, fraud/risk, and customer experience.
Required Skills
5+ years of total analytics experience in the payments space.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization.
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboarding and data visualization.
Domain exposure to credit/debit card payments and fraud/risk analytics.
Proven track record in modelling (risk/fraud/propensity/segmentation), Business Intelligence/Reporting, or Strategy/Product Analytics.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems, perform rigorous analysis, and drive to clear recommendations.
Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills
Python or R for statistical analysis and modelling.
Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks.
