Description

You will manage the configuration, development, and maintenance of the Benchling ELN platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure Benchling ELN to meet specific user and functional requirements.
• Develop custom workflows, integrations, and dashboards to enhance platform functionality.
• Build custom label reports using Bartender and manage Zebra printer and barcoding technologies.
• Perform development testing, troubleshooting, and system performance monitoring.
• Deliver builds according to sprint sessions and draft technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a scientific research environment.
• Direct experience implementing and configuring Benchling ELN.
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations and scientific workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports leveraging Bartender.
• Hands-on experience with Zebra printers and barcoding technologies.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and development best practices.
• Experience with computer system validation.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently and manage tight delivery timelines.
