Senior Analyst - SAP FICO + S4 Hana

Senior Analyst for SAP FICO and S/4HANA implementation and support.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP FICO solutions across the implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering to configuration and go-live.
• Lead at least 3 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, ensuring fitment to business requirements during S/4HANA transformations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze financial process gaps, define solution approaches, and validate outcomes through testing.
• Configure SAP FICO modules, including master data setup, financial postings, and reporting requirements.
• Provide functional guidance during design, build, testing, and deployment, including root-cause analysis for post-go-live issues.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP FICO module (Finance and Controlling), including GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformations.
• Proven track record of supporting at least 3 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation cycles.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and its role in performance optimization and reporting.
• Experience in testing support, including SIT, UAT, and cutover activities.
• Understanding of SAP integration points with other modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Support for performance and data-related activities where SAP HANA is involved.
• Background in Computer Science.
