Description

Own end-to-end SAP FICO solutions across the implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering to configuration and go-live.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead at least 3 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and S/4HANA transformations.
• Configure SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, master data setup, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze financial process gaps and define solution approaches.
• Provide functional guidance during design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
• Perform root-cause analysis for post-go-live issues and support SIT, UAT, and cutover activities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling).
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformations.
• Proven track record of supporting at least 3 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation cycles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA for performance optimization and reporting.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Understanding of SAP integration points with other modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting performance and data-related activities involving SAP HANA.
• Background in Computer Science.
