Description

Act as the bridge between business and technical leads to integrate data and business processes across systems. You will own the analysis, documentation, and validation of requirements within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements, including process/data flows, data definitions, and technical specifications.
• Create project artifacts such as business cases, use cases, scope documents, and test scenarios.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria, implementing requirements tracing to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
• Utilize SQL and data analysis tools to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Develop UAT templates and execute testing strategies to validate system functionality.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and insight gathering.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management and tracking.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and agile documentation.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
