Description

You will serve as the Vendor Management Subject Matter Expert, guiding teams through selection, negotiation, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure adherence to contractual agreements and service level expectations.
• Conduct thorough contract reviews to identify risks, compliance requirements, and opportunities for term improvements.
• Support the weekly CIO approvals process by reviewing submissions for alignment with vendor strategies and reporting needs.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
• Manage documentation, process controls, and knowledge assets required for business operations and audit trails.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management or related functions.
• Expertise in managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Experience conducting contract reviews and negotiating terms.
• Proven ability to manage vendor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Knowledge of managing assets and maintaining audit trails.
• Experience with audit and compliance requirements.
• Ability to contribute to vendor management strategies to optimize performance and mitigate risk.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
