• Develop data visualizations to communicate capacity trends.
• Collaborate with the planning team to ensure operational alignment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in workforce and capacity planning.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities for large datasets.
• Experience working within a large company structure.
• Proficiency in PowerBI.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
