You will lead complex analytics initiatives to drive strategic and operational business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret data challenges aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including CRM platforms and enterprise databases.
• Provide actionable insights through data modeling, visualization, and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Visualization, or Business Intelligence.
• Strong Power BI development skills, including DAX and Power Query.
• Proven experience working with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.
• Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and transformation from relational databases.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud services.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consult with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consulting with large enterprise organizations.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks.
