You will drive marketing optimization through statistical testing and data-driven forecasting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create structured marketing campaign test designs to optimize financial returns.
• Develop a learning agenda for the continuous refinement of marketing campaigns.
• Support monthly forecasting by estimating future performance based on historical data.
• Evaluate key marketing levers to identify opportunities for future optimization.
• Ensure all managed projects adhere to compliance and legal regulations.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of analytics experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with ETL and data warehousing to integrate different data sources.
• Expertise in statistical testing and forecasting.
• Experience working with large production data sets.
• Strong analytical skills used to inform marketing decisions.
• Project management skills to handle multiple simultaneous projects and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building cross-functional relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced quantitative degree.
