Description

You will act as a technical consultant to research and resolve complex business, operational, and technical challenges through in-depth data evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analysis to drive strategic initiatives and identify engineering enhancements.
• Develop dashboards, ad-hoc analysis reports, and customized QA reports to provide data insights to decision-makers.
• Translate business requirements into research and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and quality.
• Lead or participate in large cross-group projects and mentor less experienced staff.
• Ensure adherence to data management, data governance, and risk management regulations.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in reporting and data analysis.
• 6-8 years of experience performing quality checks and analysis on BI products.
• 6+ years of experience writing advanced Oracle SQL, SQL Server, or similar stored procedures.
• 6+ years of experience with Oracle or similar database management systems.
• 6+ years of experience with advanced Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data findings into actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
• Experience working within MS Windows environments.

Preferred Skills

• Tableau certification.
• Process automation using PowerShell or VBA.
• Experience in the HR domain using Workday.
