Description

You will build and productionize analytics products for healthcare clients and internal teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop product analytics to measure tool usage and outcomes for healthcare customers.
• Analyze hospital operations data to improve daily workflows.
• Build performant dbt pipelines, dashboards, and data monitors for production services.
• Design analytic solutions to answer specific internal and client questions.
• Deploy analytics to new customers in a scalable manner.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.
• Deep experience leveraging SQL to answer applied business analytics questions.
• Expertise in data modeling and designing dbt pipelines for production.
• Experience analyzing data from electronic health records (EHR).
• Proficiency in optimizing queries and modeling data for BI tools and semantic layers.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Snowflake.
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, or another quantitative field.
