You design and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions for gaming analytics and player engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI/ML models that support gaming analytics and player engagement initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and drive operational efficiency through data insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to define technical solutions for complex business needs.
• Establish data governance, security, and compliance standards within AI solution deployments.
• Evaluate existing data landscapes and recommend strategic improvements using emerging AI technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and model implementation.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data management principles.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of solving complex problems with creative and open-minded approaches.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the gaming industry or handling player engagement data.
