Description

You will architect, design, and develop end-to-end business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft BI stack and Snowflake.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable semantic layers, multidimensional and tabular data models using SSAS/AAS, and modern semantic modeling approaches.
• Define data models, metrics, and KPIs, writing complex DAX, Power Query, and SQL for enterprise reporting.
• Develop intuitive and interactive Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and Azure-based BI solutions.
• Administer Power BI service capacities, troubleshoot BI solutions, and manage version control using Git.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and mentor junior team members on BI best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing BI solutions with Microsoft technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft AAS/SSAS in developing cubes and semantic layer design.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake data modeling and delivering analytics via Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and related tools.
• Experience working with Databricks and Azure-based BI solutions (Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory).
• Experience using Git for version control and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-driven analytics tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Snowflake Cortex.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Azure Data Engineer Associate).
