Design and deliver data solutions bridging complex mathematical algorithms and usable computational methods.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build analytical and statistical models to answer key business questions.
• Develop and implement MLOps pipelines and machine learning models.
• Design and deploy dashboards using Tableau, Spotfire, or DASH.
• Optimize query performance and tuning across large, complex datasets.
• Execute annotation tasks and apply machine learning to computational linguistics and NLP.

Required Skills

• Advanced SQL proficiency with 5+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with dbt.
• 5+ years of experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Impala, or Cloudera).
• Intermediate Python skills for models using pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and tensorflow.
• Experience with data mining, ETL, and BI tools.
• Proficiency in Git via command line and LINUX/UNIX environments.
• Experience with visualization libraries (plotly, matplotlib, seaborn).
• Experience with JupyterLabs, Anaconda, and RStudio.
• MS in Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, or Biostatistics with 6 years of industry experience, or a PhD with 3 years.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GxP requirements and bioprocess engineering/cell therapy data.
• Experience with C++, Java, html/css, and Domino Data Lab.
• SCRUM and Program/Project Management experience.
