Lead technical development and architecture for complex Android projects in the healthcare domain.

You will own the release pipeline and code quality for critical healthcare applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to developers to increase productivity and capability.
• Conduct code reviews and oversee quality assurance processes for complex deliveries.
• Implement performance optimization, coding standards, and best practices.
• Perform feasibility studies including technical risk assessment, component breakdown, and estimation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Android development within the US.
• Expertise in Kotlin and Android Studio.
• Proficiency with Jetpack, Dagger, Retrofit, and Room.
• Experience with Gradle, Firebase, and Databinding.
• Knowledge of LiveData, Lint, Proguard, and Android Profiler.
• Background in the healthcare domain.
• Ability to manage process compliance within assigned modules.
