Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Android OS and mobile applications with deep system and telecom integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop features involving network parameters, signal metrics, and telecom APIs.
• Implement and optimize solutions for battery performance, network efficiency, and system-level logging.
• Capture and analyze logcat, device logs, and network logs within Android applications.
• Collaborate with wireless, modem, and backend teams to ensure seamless UE–network interaction.
• Apply best practices in Android UI/UX design, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AOSP, Android OS, and Android application development.
• Expert knowledge of Core Java and Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with Android SDK, RSRP / RSRQ, carrier privileges, and logcat capture from apps.
• Solid experience with network features on Android and Telecom API integrations.
• Deep understanding of voice modem operation within UE.
• Knowledge of battery optimization, system-level power management, and network parameters.
• Strong understanding of communication between UE and the network.
• Excellent knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
