Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain native Android applications in Kotlin and Java for production environments.
• Implement voice and calling workflows using SIP signaling and RTP/SRTP media handling.
• Work with Android audio routing, audio focus, and Bluetooth accessory behavior for reliable call experiences.
• Support enterprise-managed Android deployments including device owner, dedicated, and COSU modes.
• Troubleshoot network and device-level issues affecting call quality, roaming behavior, and media stability.

Experience:

• 9 to 15 years of relevant Android/mobile development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with native Android development using Kotlin and Java.
• Deep understanding of Android platform behavior, including audio subsystem and background execution constraints.
• Experience with scalable voice or communications applications using SIP and RTP/SRTP.
• Ability to diagnose mobile application issues across APIs, device routing, Bluetooth accessories, and managed enterprise environments.
• Experience developing production-grade Android applications for enterprise or communication use cases.
• Strong understanding of mobile networking, device behavior, audio handling, and application performance.

Good to Have:

• WebRTC experience for real-time communications use cases.
• Exposure to Cisco CUCM integrations.
• Experience with push-to-talk, dispatch, radio replacement, or field communications products.
• Prior work with Flutter or React Native in a mobile ecosystem.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
