Description

You will build, enhance, and troubleshoot native Android applications within an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex new features and application functionality.
• Manage application architecture, design, coding, and debugging tasks.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and business partners to deliver functional solutions.
• Maintain high productivity across the full development lifecycle.
• Analyze mobile performance, latency, and security using dedicated tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing large scale Android applications.
• Proficiency with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines.
• Working knowledge of MVVM and Android Architecture Components.
• Strong Object Oriented (OO) design and development skills.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and supporting multiple Android SDK versions, screen resolutions, and device types.
• Experience with unit and UI testing.
• Experience with enterprise level branching and merging using Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of wireless network architecture and mobile technology security trends.
