Description

Build and maintain native Android applications in an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop native Android apps using the Android SDK, UI toolkit, and application framework.
• Implement networking components using Volley, Retrofit, and OkHttp.
• Manage the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from build to deployment.
• Utilize Android Studio and Gradle to compile, test, and release software.
• Collaborate within an Agile team to deliver mobile solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Kotlin and Java.
• Deep understanding of the Android SDK and Android UI toolkit.
• Proficiency with Android Studio and Gradle build tools.
• Experience implementing networking libraries including Volley, Retrofit, and OkHttp.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC processes.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
