You will lead the design, architecture, and development of high-quality Android applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the architecture and development of complex Android applications, enforcing SOLID principles and setting technical direction.
• Lead the adoption of Jetpack libraries and Jetpack Compose, designing responsive UIs for phones, tablets, and foldables.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, overseeing third-party SDK integration and dependency management.
• Champion code quality through rigorous code reviews, technical documentation, and comprehensive test coverage (unit and UI).
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet business and user needs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional Android development experience with advanced Kotlin (coroutines, structured concurrency, extension functions, higher-order functions).
• Deep expertise in Android architecture components, MVVM/MVI architectures, and dependency injection frameworks (Hilt, Koin).
• Experience with modularization, multi-module project structures, custom Compose components, and advanced error handling.
• Proven experience integrating third-party SDKs and implementing biometric authentication (fingerprint, face recognition), passkeys (FIDO2/WebAuthn), and Android Autofill.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and UI testing (Espresso, UI Automator).
• Proficient with Git, modern development workflows, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with iOS development (Swift/Objective-C) or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and prompt engineering.
