Description

Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance modern Android architectures using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM/Clean Architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle: design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance and stability issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of native mobile application development experience.
• Expert-level Kotlin experience, including Kotlin Coroutines and Kotlin Flow.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Proficiency with Android SDK, Android Studio, and modern Android UI principles.
• Strong experience building and maintaining Android libraries using Gradle/Maven.
• Solid understanding of Android architectural patterns: MVVM, Clean Architecture, MVC/MVP.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and third-party API integrations.
• Working knowledge of unit testing and Android testing frameworks.
• Experience with Git-based version control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, TDD, and Jenkins.
