Description

You will lead end-to-end development and delivery of Android applications, owning code quality, performance, and architecture. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Android development, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior developers, enforcing code quality standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, battery efficiency, and responsiveness across diverse devices.
• Design and implement reusable components and secure backend integrations.

Required Skills

• 7-10+ years of mobile application development experience focused on Android.
• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
• Expertise with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, handling JSON and XML data.
• Strong understanding of responsive and accessible UI design principles.
• Experience with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with AWS for backend integration.
• Proven track record of designing, testing, and deploying mobile apps in a team setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphQL and WebSockets for real-time data handling.
• Background in data handling and complex API architectures.
